The property is beautiful and as mentioned in the picture. The location is quiet and quaint and the staff are cooperative and very helpful.The rooms are spacious and have a beautiful common area for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's a 5 star stay at a 3 stat rate for sure.

The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality Glen. See you

Fantastic stay, very warm welcome from Nicole and David. Nothing was too much trouble, they arranged a driver for us, who never let us down and was always available. A very good selection for breakfast that certainly gave a good start to the day. The room was large and so was the bed, the bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning worked a treat as it was very warm at night. David also suggested an itinerary, which was something we would of struggled without his help. This homestead is well recommended.
