Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Very nice and clean property, rooms are large and comfy, I stayed there few times and when I’ll come back I’ll always come back there. Next to the station and central road by walk, all the stores. 200 metres from Monterosso Old Town Beach, Da Vice Rooms is located in Monterosso al Mare and provides rooms with free WiFi. Everything was great! The location is perfect — right in the heart of the village, a short walk to the beach and not far from public parking. The room was cozy, very clean, and honestly, the pictures on the platform don’t do it justice. The hosts were amazing — always available, helpful, and kind. While many vendors in Cinque Terre felt automated and impersonal, this Airbnb truly stood out. The hosts went above and beyond, adding a personal touch that made us feel genuinely welcome. Amazing stay — highly recommend!

Lina Suites was more than great. Super clean, location was perfect, staff were super friendly, helpful and kind. Was the cleanest place we stayed in Italy!

Situated within 4.5 km of Castello San Giorgio and 31 km of Carrara Convention Center, Congregazione Suore Figlie di San Francesco di Sales features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom... Everything was excellent. The room was as described. Very clean, warm and welcoming.

Boasting a terrace and views of city, Al molo 21 is a recently renovated guest house situated in La Spezia, less than 1 km from Castello San Giorgio. A room was modern and clean, they had a very cute balcony were you can sit in the evening and enjoy a glass of wine. There was a safe where you can leave your precious belongings. Very central, and comfortable to reach all the destinations, not far from train station, bus to Portovenere or Lerici around the corner.

Well-furnished apartment, spacious and tidy room, well-equipped with AC, bottle of water in the fridge, coffee machine, tea and snacks. The owner Stefania was responsive, helpful and attentive. She filled up everything during your stay daily. We stayed for 2 nights in June 2025. Just 10 mins walking distance from La Spezia Centrale train station. Great value of money!
