I stayed for five nights and was very satisfied with the accommodation. Overall, my experience was excellent, which is quite rare. From the beginning, communication and instructions were clear, and all arrangements were handled online. Even the city tax was collected through an online payment, which is not always the case. I appreciate the convenience of online check-in, payments, and related processes. Regarding the accommodation itself, it was located in the Old Town (city center), near the Royal Palace, on a pleasant street with easy access to trams and buses. Entry to the building and the room was via a keypad code, which was very convenient, straightforward, and quick. The room was well equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fan, air conditioning, towels, soap, shower gel, TV, and other essentials. I got 2 bottle of water each day for free. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room was very clean, with daily cleaning service. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful. Communication with the facility was conducted online via email and WhatsApp, which was very prompt. They responded immediately and resolved all requests and issues efficiently. On the day of my arrival (early morning), I was able to leave my luggage at the facility, and the room was prepared before the usual check-in time. Overall, they did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations.

This is an absolutely fantastic aparthotel. The rooms are stunning and the staff can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The location is absolutely incredible right in the centre of Turin with a parking facility less than 50 m away.

Vincenzo var hyggelig, konkret, ga oss frihet og stolte på oss som gjester. Veldig rent. Komfortabel seng og puter. Komfortabel temperatur på rommet, selv om det var kaldt ute. Sentralt og rolig!

Amazing location! Super clean..Lovely style (those floors!!)… easy check-in and excellent communication… water/fridge and coffee maker a nice amenity …great value! Highly recommend!!

The view was amazing right in the middle of the vines The bed was comfortable. Provided plenty of coffee Modern rooms with keeping the charm. The hosts were great and provided clear instructions.

We loved our stay at Cicapuy. Paola (the owner) has put a lot of effort in making the place nice. Paola is a very welcoming host and made our stay very comfortable. Paola is also a great cook who loves cooking for people. We were amazed at our dinner. One of our favourite meals in Italy! It’s a small and beautiful village. We saw many flowers and loved the sound of cattle bells. I would definitely stay there again.

I Cannobio, bare 17 kilometer fra Piazza Grande Locarno og 17 kilometer fra Patriziale Ascona golfklubb ligger Suite Arianna. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every detail needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the lake that we were travelling to the next morning. Most importantly, the host was incredibly warm, thoughtful, and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed.
