The staff was extremely helpful. The parking garage, while not free, was on the cheap side compared to other hotels around Austria / Germany and very convenient (we only stayed here for one night and could leave all luggage in the car stress free). From what I could tell, there's plenty of free parking spaces around, also. The room was just as expected, breakfast was good. Plus points for sticking to the health regulations.
