Excellent reception, clear check-in instructions, codes for Bern Ticket in the Bern Welcome app (providing free transportation in the city, thus compensating for the fact that the hostel is not exactly in the city center), close to the bus station, great staff, clean facilities, amazing breakfast, access to different types of games and open spaces, comfortable, sink in the room, good availability of toilets and showers, access to fully equipped kitchen and eating spaces, they kept our bags after check-out.

The stuff, the common area, and the kitchen with free spaghetti and rice and everything you need to cook! The rooms are clean and the hostel is in the city center, one big grocery down the building, the cheapest restaurant nearby! So far, it is the best hostel I've ever visited. Even though the towel was not in the listing of the property, they gave me one for free. They gave me information on how to enjoy the city and use public transport.

Several rooms with bunk beds and two shared showers. * It was clean * and its easy enough to reach from city by public transport(S Bahn every couple min and 10min walk or every 15 to 30 min a bus). Both which are free with any stay in the city zone. You will get a city transport ticket. *Well equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, stove. Etc. *House in a quiet area. *Comfortable beds. *I could use laundry and dryer for 5chf.
