Probably the best hostel I have ever stayed in. Seriously. Location is incredible. Next to the main park, and next to a bus stop. When I arrived, in the check-in, the hostel provided me with a card to travel for free in public transport during my whole stay. The breakfast was simple but enough. Facilities were excellent. The kitchen HUGE. There are lots of lockers for luggage, everything was awesome.

The interior ant exterior are so cute! Feel warm and relaxing. The staffs let me charge my phone at their reception desk(cuz I don’t have a converter)which is very sweet and I really appreciate it.

It's position is wonderful, very beautiful view from the balcony and the kitchen/ tables. It's a very warm place and the kitchen has everything you need. Also, very good value for money. Bravo to the crew. They have even a different locked room for lagguage, if needed after the check out, very helpful!!

I really like the hospitality of the staff, how they helped you around both the motel and bern, and the fact that the motel provided the guests with all it needs to cook food, regardless of breakfast and dinner. I really appreciate the complimentary basic foodstuff such as rice and pasta, its really a lifesaver!! Add the fact that everything within the hotel (public space, room, bathroom, reception) is very clean and tidy! They even gave the guests freebies at the reception in the form of brochures, maps, and event posters to ensure that you wont get lost around Bern. Id reckon thats something that you wont find even in some pricier hotels or accomodations!

I’d give this 11/10 if I could. Honestly, Grindelwald far outdid any expectation I had, but the hostel is one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. The view from our room was to die for, almost didn’t want to leave!

Sooooo nice!!! I love the lovely yard with beautiful Mountain View and the cute pet! The host and hostess are so hospitable and humorous. Very clean and the breakfast is great! Hope to stay here longer.
