I was worried we would be too remote from the hub in Minca to really enjoy the area, especially after experiencing the road up to the hostel, but I was wrong. Everything we needed was right there. We were more than happy to hike to all the things we wanted to see but you could just as easily take a moto or 4x4. The food was great. The people were even better. We really didn’t want to leave.

Don't hesitate, book this new hostel! Dont let the hike up, scare you. It's possible to walk up/ down or you can take a moto taxi. It’s just part of the experience! And the views are so worth it! The hostel is very clean, spacious and has amazing sunsets. They are so kind and speak fluent spanish and english. In the morning you can get a delicious breakfast for a day full a walks to beautiful waterfalls nearby. And in the evening you can also enjoy a great meal at their restaurant, so after the sunset you don't need to hike down to Minca. Thank you for the amazing experience!

This was our second time here, and I was right to bring 5 of our friends to enjoy this gem with us. We are older adventurers, 50-60's, and each of us found a way to love the stay. The meals are to die for, and if you prefer a day without outside activity you can easily stay at the hostel to get immersed into the natural beauty of the place.

Everything was great! Staff was very nice and shared helpful information with a map when we arrived. They have a great breakfast that you can order for a small fee. 15000 COP. Fruit and yogurt with granola or eggs, toast, and fruit. Coffee and juice provided as well. Kitchen was nice to use as well and very well equipped. The hostel is located up a steep hill but not a huge issue if you are reasonably fit. They have laundry services as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and we especially loved watching the variety of birds right from our window. The room was clean and simple—perfect for what we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short and easy walk to the town center. What truly made our stay memorable, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

The view from my room was stunning. Location is 10 minutes outside the village so it was really calm and peaceful. Staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfasts were a bit small, but delicious - still very good value for money.
