Having a bathroom and shower right in your dorm room inches the experience closer to a hotel one. The included breakfast, while simple, is a nice touch. Finally, the location - feels like this trumps any other positives - right in front of Köln-Deutz train station, city center over the bridge and most importantly very close to Koelnmesse, so easy access to Gamescom, which I was here for.
