Could not control scalding sink water, for shower to put out enough pressure you had to turn up the cold which made the shower freezing, bed was hard, comforter kept coming apart, and hard to find parking. Otherwise, good location, quiet, clean, and decent comfort.

I guess everything. It was clean, the staff were all supportive and need not ask them at all. All well organised and smiling faces. I was upgraded without any issues to a different room supporting my request of not suitable to use the upper beds which certainly shows their immense support. Special thanks to Joe.
