It seems that the majority of recent negative reviews were because of lack of air conditioning during the very hot summer. In September at 20-25 C it was perfectly comfortable. The property is new, the surroundings are clean and safe. Easy transportation to the city center and cities to the west. So far it's the best accommodation we had in Paris area for the budget below 100 euro per night.MaximYoung couple
