Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.
Staff lovely, couldnt be more helpful, beautiful dog friendly room, more amenities than you get in much more expensive hotels. Probabaly best cooked breakfast we've had away from home! Great location for surrounding areas, and plenty going on in town itself!
Oh, I loved my stay there! The room was just so cozy and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and kind.
As a solo female traveler, feeling safe is a top priority for me and this place definitely ticked all the boxes. The breakfast was amazing and with a great variety of hot drinks to choose from in my room. The vibe of the place was just so warm and inviting, I felt right at home! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone, and I can't wait to come back next time I'm in the area.
Great location in the town, with easy parking. Good pub with good food. We were en route to a family meet up and it was not far off motorway etc. Good staff
Stunning location, huge amount of space in Granary Cottage and outside, felt safe, secluded and relaxed. The property was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. Owners friendly and available but also let us have our space. I would highly recommend and would certainly return.
Warm and cosy on arrival. Host friendly and helpful. Lounge had luxury sofa and chair. Simple and modest. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely courtyard. Parking felt safe and secure. Location excellent. Road side signposting was helpful in both directions. A genuinely friendly and hospitable place to stay.
