Since I promised Stavros that I would leave a review in Chinese, which I did, it was in another review already. And I’d like to write something in English in this one as well to make more solo travelers like me to understand enough why I like this place. First the location is right near the sunset viewpoint, literally 2 minutes walk. And secondly even it’s winter and low season, hot water and WiFi you don’t need to worry about that much, why I say so, since even some cave villa charge inane price for lacking of these basic things. The last part I must recommend is the people who run this place is so wholesome, that you can literally ask him (I mean Stavros)about anything you need, on where to go, where to eat, what things to check, and any tips you can imagine or need ofc. I guess in Summer it would also be a nice place to meet up people from the world, and explore the beauty of this island together! So I’m that case I’m envy you guys lol. Long story short, this place is somewhere you don’t need to hesitate on going for a stay:)

Everything was perfect. Harry, the manager reach out a few days prior the check in to make sure everything was ready for my arrival and offer additional information regarding the activities and places to visit while I was there. He also offers a visit to the other hotel he runs that have an infinity pool but unfortunately as I was only for a day I couldn't take the most of it. The location is more than convenient as it is only meters away from the bus stop and main attractions. Could not ask for more!

Marina, the owner, is a lovely person, she welcomes everyone and gives a lot of information about the island and suggests tours (worth it!). The boutique hostel is located in the center of Thira, a few steps away from the bus stop which makes it convenient. The check-in was smooth; the hostel has a beautiful view of the sea for sunrise and sunset on the rooftop. The kitchen facilities are there, you can prepare your food and filtered drinking water is free. Great overall experience! Thank you Marina and staff!

Located in Karterados, 1.6 miles from Archaeological Museum of Thera, Caveland has accommodations with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace.

It is a beautiful site with lots of flowers, a pool and amazing views. The staff, especially Santiago, Sara and Christiana were fantastic and very patient! Breakfast was great! Loved my personal cave with a welcoming Greek wine bottle, Olive spread and crackers …very nice touch!

It's a very simple place in a great location. Good value for the money! It's clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is very nice. Cherry on the top are the cats who come for cuddles 🥰

Chrissi Ammos is one of my favorite places to stay, stuff is really friendly, whole atmosphere is amazing. The beach and party area is 2 minute walk away and bus stop for busses to Fira (main city) is 3 minute walk away. The facility has a chilling place outside + small gym. Highly recommended!
