Some dormitories and all private rooms are connected in the annex building, a 5-minute walk away. Guests staying in the annex building may freely use the main building's facilities. I loved everything about my stay. In fact, I was only supposed to stay 2 days and ended up staying for 6! The rooms and common spaces are so clean and comfortable, and the energy was great. I met so many awesome people there! I loved that they have a Whatsapp group so you can see what others in the hostel are up to, and they also arrange social events. The staff is beyond amazing and are so helpful. I would recommend to anyone coming to Dubrovnik in search of a good time, and I will 100% be returning!

Hostels – what are they?

Hostels offer so much more than a cheap place to stay – they're also a fun way to travel and meet like-minded people. Common areas like shared kitchens and game rooms give you the chance to swap tips, tricks, and travel stories with backpackers from all over the world.

Hostels have come a long way since the first youth hostel opened back in 1912. Nowadays there's something for everyone, from budget "crash pads" to 5-star "poshtels." Whether you'd prefer a bed in a shared dorm or your own private room, you'll see that most hostels are cheaper than local hotels – and a lot more fun, too!
