Hostels in Malang

very helpful staff, so easy to book all easy java activities with them

Snooze Malang was literally one of the best hostels I have ever been. The design of the beds in the dorm gives you very cozy feeling of privacy as if you are in your own room with everything needed. Everything was very clean all the time. Very charming common area. The best of all were the ladies at the front desk. Very personal attitude since the first step of the stay there. Very helpful, very positive, vary welcoming. They all make the vibe of the place so great. Totally recommend Snooze Malang.

Amazing staff, the building is a hidden gem and there is a large courtyard. Very clean and staff is always ready to help you book an excursion or answer questions. There is no kitchen, but there is free coffee, water, and tea. We didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast, but we heard it’s amazing. It’s perfect as a backpacker looking for a safe and clean place to stay when planning to see Mt. Bromo!

One of our favorite hostels on our travel. We booked a private room and it was so cute. Its nothing luxorious and its according to the price, but the bed on top level with a window to see the stars was amazing and cozy.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. It was so comfortable. Close to laundry and supermarket. Mosque is not too loud nearby. Nice communal spaces and it had a bathtub which was the best part. Very clean and great bed

The entire property is really clean, because they make sure to clean everything thoroughly each morning. The showers are great too, they even have a rain shower head as well as shampoo and body wash. In each bathroom, by each bed are hangers included so you never have to worry about your clothes getting wet, you can get fresh towels every day anndd I never had to wait until a bathroom was free because they have 5 separate ones downstairs. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are quite even at prayer times, the AC until is really good. The lockers are located under the beds are genuinely super big. The Kitchen is really well equipped and the fridge is really big so there’s always space. They offer Tours you can book at the Hostel and they’re cheaper than on Getyourguide (yes you can pay with card too). The Hostel was really good and definitely the best one I’ve been in Indonesia but the best part of my stay was the amazing staff. Each one of them is incredibly sweet and they always do their best to help you out. I actually got to hang out with them outside of their work hours and I had such a great time getting to know them while eating dinner, cooking and working out. I’ll miss you guys Much Love Lotta

Best bang for your buck. Free coffee, tea, and water. All in all a great place to stay.

Alesha and misel were some of the best hosts a hostel could ask for. They were super accommodating quick to respond to everything and even sent restaurants and things to do in the area. I had asked for the AC to be a bit cooler and they helped us out immediately could not recommend more seriously!! Side note: We did the waterfall tour it was great

The hostel was amazing, more than what I was expecting It is spotless, and the staff is very helpful I highly recommend this hostel I will be back again

10/10 Lovely home like feel with very cool decorations and art, super friendly staff, good location, clean, and you can book tours for a good price. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

The two owners were absolutely amazing! Anything you could need. They had it ready for you. Dorms and bathrooms were very clean. Great night market right out front.
