Tot i ser una mica lluny de l'estació i a mig camí entre aquesta i el castell i el jardí, té un carrer cobert amb vida i el tramvia proper. És utilitzat per gent de treball i gent que fa treball digital. El bar de sota (mateixa companyia) és un bon lloc pel que vaig veure (sense ser-hi client, només a l'hora de fer el check-in).
