I loved the hot bath! It came to me as a surprise that there is a mini-onsen inside the hostel! It was good because I walked a lot and it was cool to immerse myself into the hot, bamboo - occasionally bubbly - bath at the end of a long and rainy day! Besides, the personnel has good English, good location knowledge and could explain everything and had a solution to all my questions.

The staff is very kind and nice. Had a good time when I stayed in U-en. The location is very convident. It is very close to JR Fukushma which is very easy to go to the popular place such as Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and USJ. Will stay here again when I visit Osaka next time.
