The best hostel i have ever stayed. clean, quite, comfortable. i stay 3 nights there before I left the city. No shoes, slippers are allowed to rooms, and NO smoking indoor. Breakfast is included and very delicious and healthy. we need to take off our shoes and slippers, put it in a shelf before we go to our beds. a place with chairs and tables are set by the door for serving smoking people.

I stayed here for 2 nights for a cheap price. I wasn’t supposed to stay here. My supposed hostel cancelled my reservation 3 days before my stay. I’m glad they did! I stayed in a gem of a hostel for a price cheaper than what my previous offered. What I liked about the place is that the location is really nice. It’s away from the busy streets but very walkable. I stayed in the dorms all I can say is that it was designed properly! You can really have the privacy you need despite 7 other people staying in the room with you! The curtain blocks off most of the light from the outside. Also, even if you got an upper bunk bed, it’s easy to go up since there’s a mini staircase instead of a ladder. Overall, I highly recommend this hostel! One of the best hostel in the world!

I was booked in the private room here, but the day before my arrival date they alerted me that the room would not be available and that they had organised for me to stay at another guesthouse for the same price. The guesthouse was lovely and was an upgrade from what I had booked with Barn Laos. The process was painless and easy, so I give them a 10 for how they handled the situation! thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at this hostel. It's in a great location, close to the center, so you can easily walk there and explore the area. There are some nice bars around the hostel, too. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk to the center, where there's even more to see. There are two really good pizza places nearby as well. The breakfast provided by the host was very tasty, and they also offered plenty of food options at good prices in their restaurant. The staff is friendly and can help with everything, making the stay even more pleasant. I recommend this hostel because it's a great deal for the price and location. The beds are comfortable, and there's a small area where you can work or play billiards.

Great quality hostel, the best I found in Laos this is why I gave it such a high grade. It feels like a hotel, great coffee shop and restaurant on the premises. The food is clearly prepared by a good ranking chef as it’s at a different level from any other normal restaurant I tried in Laos. Food prices are better than in other places in town. Social but not a party scene. They have live music many evenings a week which is so cool. People working here are so friendly and always smiling and helping with everything. I especially appreciated Bun, he helped a lot and had such a friendly open attitude!
