This hostel was located a short 5-10 minute walk from the main part of town, on top of a hill with a great view of the ocean. The facility was very clean and the hosts were very helpful with anything we needed. The hostel did have a bar on site which made it easy to get a late night drink with music playing. The bar was not very busy while we were there but they did mention they often throw parties there. One important note about this hostel is there is a little hill you have to walk up to reach the property which was not an issue for my group, but just keep this in mind for when you arrive as if you have a lot of luggage you may want to take a tuk-tuk from the van station.

Hostel was great and chill area was super nice. It does seem to depend on the crowd, but i met some great people. Capsule style beds were great. They have body wash, soap, and a towel in the 6 bed dorm. They also gave a great little shop with a brand called PalaDelic, all the designs are by a local artist and the printing is also done by locals. Super cool designs too. They had just installed a generator, which is great and they were about to install a pressure tank to increase the water pressure to the showers. They seem to be making some nice improvements.

I really do not understand why people complain about the location, İ mean - don't you guys check it before booking? A 15-min walk to the center being a problem, wow... And there's literally the word "Hill" in the name of the resort, so why are people surprised it's actually located on a hill? LOL. Tranquility of this place is amazing. Nature, animals, all basic facilities and wonderful wonderful staff that took care of me when I felt ill - that's what you'll find. The island hopping tour is worth booking with the resort - it's the best we've been to in the Philippines.

Fantastic place ran by the nicest family! All the employees are also super nice. The huts are great, they're super cozy. I stayed in a dorm, which had custom-made, sturdy bunk beds with very comfortable mattresses. Each bed has a curtain, plus its own fan, light and power outlet. I loved the spacious shared showers. There is also a water refill station in the reception area, which was a big plus for me! Lockers to keep your valuables are also located in the reception area. The location is great, it's only a 9 minute walk from the van terminal. It's also a very short walk from all the restaurants and the beach. I kept extending my stay and I would 100% go back in the future. Thank you, Russel family!

Loved how near our hostel was to food spots and beaches that we wanted to try. The place was also pretty straightforward especially for us who just wanted to sleep after an entire tour day. We practically enjoyed the aircon. There was also free coffee which my mom did enjoy.
