BulgariaLocation was good. Staff spoke good English and guided us on where to park and where to go to eat.
Room was comfortable.
It was a little hard to find - the word "sprat" means floor (which we didn't know) and it was written in a small font, so we had some difficulty figuring out where to find the rooms.
