There were activities catering to all ages, which was so nice for my family. It was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the beautiful displays honoring the unique history of the prison.

We booked pretty last minute and arrived shortly after booking. Jayda, the hostel manager, was outstanding! She greeted us in a very warm, friendly way when we arrived and we were able to check in straight away. The room was spacious with a private fridge, which was very handy, and the double bed exceptionally comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and the location is great - only a short walk to the beach and center of Fremantle. After checking out, Jayda kindly allowed us to store our luggage at the hostel for the day and it really made moving to our new place a lot easier. Overall it is a very family-like vibe at the hostel, which is something I haven’t experienced before at other hostels. I’d highly recommend this hostel to other travelers, whether it’s for a short or longer stay, and I was sad to only stay for one night. Would definitely come back for another stay! :) Thank you, Jayda - you are great and make this place feel very special and like a home away from home.

Everything was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help, and the location couldn’t be more perfect for exploring Freo. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to feel at home. The facilities are modern and impeccably maintained, with a standout feature being the pool—a true lifesaver for relaxing in the heat. Multiple TVs and communal spaces also added to the comfort and entertainment options. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, and centrally located place to stay in Fremantle. Can’t wait to come back!

Can't fault it at all, I felt super at home, staff went above and beyond and they have everything you need. I was super sad to leave and definitely will be back!

Lovely staff, and people overall, great facilities, good location in town, accessibility to CBD by foot and lots of public transports, frequent cleaning. Not very crowded which makes it easy to meet and talk to people. 100% recommend

I'm living in Perth since 3 years and it's the best hostel I found in Perth. Beds are good, the kitchen is big and you have a lot of kitchen stuff if you compare to the rest of the hostels in Perth. The staff cleans as much as possible. They are not responsable if someone is not respectful. You have a few freezers and fridges to stock your food. Commons areas are a good place to meet new people ! Just be aware it can noisy especially the weekend because you are located in Northridge. The rapport price quality is unbeatable.
