The staff were super friendly and helpful in booking the Great Barrier Reef and Kuranda tour. I was in a shared room with 3 beds. The room was as described and clean. The bathrooms were also clean and there are multiple so it's not a big problem to share. Amazing outdoor Shower. Easy check-out if you leave early to take a flight.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, price worthy and they have some activities throughout the week. Nice pool area as well and friendly staff.

There was an assortment of cereals, yogurts and pancakes for breakfast. Dinner was satisfying and portions are generou Coffee, hot chocolate and tea are always readily available. There was also a lot of privacy for each bunk which is often not the case for most hostels. I am very sensitive to noise when I'm sleeping so I brought ear plugs but honestly didn't need them.
