The hotel is a family owned and run (all female) business and they’ve done an amazing job! Erica (Mum) is so helpful and responsive. It’s in a great area of Toronto and easy to get downtown, either via walking or streetcar. So many little shops and restaurants are close by so you don’t even have to head downtown if you don’t want to! Would highly recommend and would come back in an instant when returning to Toronto.

The property is located at the good point. My first visit was not good, actually very bad as the staff was very rude. He made a mistake, but never sorry to me. However, this second one was really good as the staff who has English accent was kind and helpful. If I had a chance to visit Toronto alone, I should book this property again.

I honestly think this is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. In recent years I've stayed in a lot of the highly commercialised chain hostels, and nothing against them (a bed's a bed), but this is such a refreshing change from that -- you can tell the love that's gone into every aspect of the design in this place. The owners are so kind and clearly love/know the area well. I got a heads-up from them about a nearby street festival that I wouldn't have known about otherwise, and suffice to say was thoroughly grateful for it! Hamilton would've just been a quick overnight stop for me otherwise, but I ended up changing my train times just to stay there longer and appreciate the city. There's a guest-curated map of local highlights, there are board games and books galore, it's small enough to be friendly rather than overwhelming -- this whole place feels like a true ode to community. And they have guinea pigs!

Barefoot Inn, em Ottawa, oferece acomodação somente para adultos com jardim, lounge compartilhado e terraço. Very clean and great location. Stayed here as I was moving my son back to Ottawa for school. Very comfortable and the staff was so kind!

Localizado no centro de Ottawa, este albergue econômico fica a 5 minutos a pé do Rideau Centre (shopping center). Oferece apartamentos com cozinha completa e área para refeições. I loved everything! Lucas is awesome, and the hostel team are really kind , friendly and makes you feel very welcomed, the place is really nice, clean and organized , well located with such an amazing vibe!

Located within downtown Toronto, this student co-op lends rooms out to the public throughout the summer. The hotel is an 8 minutes' walk from the Dundas TTC subway station. Very value for money , good breakfast, good location
