Just 300 metres from the SBB Basel railway station (exit Gundeldingen), Hostel by Hyve Basel offers budget accommodation just a 15-minute walk from Basel's city centre. Easy check in even we arrive late. Good environment and nice decorations at the common area. Locker is available for FOC, just bring your own padlock.

One of the highlights was the free Basel Card, which made getting around the city much easier. The Wi-Fi connection was also reliable and fast, which was a big plus. The atmosphere was relatively quiet, which might not suit those looking for a more social experience. However, if you're looking for an affordable and convenient place to stay in Basel, Basel Backpack is a solid choice. Would recommend for budget travelers!

This room was impeccably clean and very easy to access. I expected to be in a dark,barely supportable room with dirty corners and a dirty bathroom. How amazed I was to find a super clean room, kitchen and bedroom. Good job!
