Täydellinen hostelli! Todella rauhallista, kiva aamupala ja siihen kuului erikoiskahvi. Hieman kauempana keskustasta mutta hostellista sai ilmaisen Basel Cardin.

Set very close to banks of the River Rhine, this designer hostel is next to the old city gate of St. Alban. Hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen, hieno sijainti vehreän puistoalueen keskellä puron varrella, keskustan tuntumassa.

Just 300 metres from the SBB Basel railway station (exit Gundeldingen), Hostel by Hyve Basel offers budget accommodation just a 15-minute walk from Basel's city centre. Fantastic stay for one night. Very clean, nice staff and I would highly recommend anyone to stay there. Will book again when I return to Basel.

Basel Backpack sijaitsee kunnostetussa historiallisessa tehtaassa, vain 10 minuutin päässä Baselin päärautatieasemalta. Basel Mobility Ticket (ilmainen julkinen liikenne) sisältyy hintaan. Like probably most people, I came there mainly cause of the price and this was my first stay at a hostel. I didn't expect much yet when I arrived I got much more than (I thought) I paid for. Destination is great, right next to both a tram and bus stop. Rooms had many beds but never felt crowded. We all got lockers for our stuff. Whole hostel was clean and had a cool urban vibe. Apart from the showers, there was also a community stove, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board... everything you would need. Staff was super friendly. Everyone could take free coffee or tea at the lobby and the buffet breakfast was only 8CHF per day, which is cheap for Swiss standards. And on top of all that, everyone gets the Basel Card which gives a bunch of amenities in the city. Oh and also, the receptionist, on the day I was leaving, had a cool hat.

This room was impeccably clean and very easy to access. I expected to be in a dark,barely supportable room with dirty corners and a dirty bathroom. How amazed I was to find a super clean room, kitchen and bedroom. Good job!

Basel-Stadt Gundeldingen Zimmer 404, is located in Basel, within 2.8 km of Pfalz Basel and 1.7 km of Architectural Museum. Wonderful! I love that it has a kitchen, refrigerator, stove just like at home.
