We had room nr 15 and it had the perfect view of the waterfall! Couldn't really ask for more :) overall this hostel is excellent, very comfy beds, clean common areas and rooms of course, parking on site (which is a great addition in Lauterbrunnen!) and there is a cozy garden area as well. I absolutely recommend staying here :)

Only 1.5 km from the ski lifts, this youth hostel is located in Grindelwald. The sun terrace and the lovely breakfast room have beautiful views of the Bernese Alps. Packed lunches are available.

Awesome, friendly staff, simple, very clean room, I found location as perfect- a tiny walk to centre , yet quiet and away from rush and noise. I found also the breakfast nice- all fresh and delicious

Breakfast was good ,better than a 3star hotel that we had before. The reception , forget his name from Hungary was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable . Would stay at the place again if we visit Grindelwald again. We really loved this place except the stairs.

Everything was great since the check-in process, the staff es very lovely and attentive, they managed to make me feel safe and comfortable. The room has an incredible view, you wouldn't get any other place. Room was clean and everything was just as it was described. I would definitely come back again and absolutely would recommend it!
