Scuol szélén, de a így a felvonókhoz és a vasútállomáshoz közel helyezkedik el, de nagyon csendes egyébként. A reggeli viszonylag bőséges, befizetünk a vacsorára is (amire az online becsekkoláskor van lehetőség), ami végső soron elfogadható volt, főleg, hogy egyébként semmi más lehetőség nincs étkezni a szálláson, legfeljebb a környékbeli egy-két étteremben, jóval drágábban. Van praktikus kerékpár- és sítároló is (mi kerékpártúrán voltunk, júniusban). Tiszta, egyszerű, pont megfelelően felszerelt. A wifi ingyenes, és egész erős.
