Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

Offering a restaurant, a bar and a terrace where guests can dine during summer, Happy Inn Lodge is located in Interlaken’s centre. In winter, a shuttle service to the surrounding ski areas is... The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly, offering excellent assistance with sightseeing. They provided a bus day pass included in the stay, which was both convenient and a unique perk. Location is easily accessible as well. They have luggage storage facilities for free.

Litterally the best hostel I’ve stayed in, and I’ve stayed in quite a few, super super friendly so easy to make friends, fab common areas and each night they have a a movie night, bbq, etc so always something to do, really big kitchen with everything you could need, super clean safe and had such a cute and cosy vibe, felt like I was in my own living room! X can’t wait to visit again x

Awesome view from our room! Very tidy and comfortable. Everyday we had fresh towels and water. The bad was made up everyday as well. The WC was cleaned and refreshed daily. Service was exceptional! It is all in attention to small details. My husband got a lot of care from the staff on his birthday. But even besides this occasion they were very very friendly!

The room was decent, the bed was comfortable, and there were convenient charging points available. The bathroom was clean, which is always a big plus. Overall, it’s a solid choice for budget travelers looking for a clean, comfortable place with a nice view. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for affordable accommodation without compromising on basic comfort!
