I’d lost my phone days before (that wasn’t the nice part) and the manager, Victoria spend hours on end helping me find a replacement. She even ended up taking me right across town to help me pickup a secondhand phone. She was brilliant and a real life saver. I can’t recommend Victoria and her hostel enough.
