Only a 5-minute walk from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Destination Youth Hostel-Walk 5 minutes to east entrance of national park,Coffee,Book tickets,Laundry service,Experienced tour guide service... The hotel is clean and nice, great value for money. Bed was comfortable and the room was good size. Super close to the national park so you can just walk there by foot. The man in the reception is very helpful and will be able to tell you all about hiking trails both in the park as well as Tianmen Mountain. He speaks fantastic English so he will be able to assist you with whatever you need. He will also be able to book you in for entry tickets, just ask at the reception. :)

I met many friends from this hostel and we had a dinner two nights in a row. Hostel is so close to the East Gate and restaurants. Across the hostel, there's breakfast place and supermarket that sells some breads. It really felt like home away from home.
