Conveniently set in Shanghai, Hi Cozy International Youth Hostel East Nanjing Road & The Bund&English Services provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a garden. We had a wonderful stay! The entire team was incredibly kind and helpful, but we especially want to thank Hazel—she went above and beyond to assist us and made our experience truly special. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends. Thank you again!

Super clean, new, staff were really nice especially Maria (everyone was great and helpful). The room and bed was comfortable. Good hostel atmosphere as well overall!

I stayed at a Dengba hostel near Guilin Park Metro Station in Shanghai, and the location was really convenient. It’s about a 7–8 minute walk from the station, which is on Lines 9, 12, and 15, so getting to Xujiahui, People’s Square, and other places was smooth. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I didn’t have to go far for meals or supplies. The staff were professional and friendly. I arrived a bit early, and they helped me store my luggage and patiently answered my questions about transportation and the area. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly when I needed help. The room was clean and tidy; overall, it was a hassle-free stay with good value.

Offering air-conditioned rooms in the Putuo district of Shanghai, Dengba Inn-Fengqiao Road Subway Station Global Harbor Branch is 4.3 km from Jing'an Temple. Staff is available on site, there is a leisure floor with snacks, there are bed curtains in shared rooms for some privacy.

Set in Shanghai and within 5.7 km of Shanghai Disneyland, Guiye Inn - Disney Kangqiao Branch has a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The staff was very good. The room was modern, clean and light. Check in was 3 hours earlier than it should be. Also they allowed us to keep our baggage after we checked out till the evening without extra charge. On the first floor there are 3 china cafes. The cat was cute.

More of a boarding house than an inn, or hostel. As others have said, there are quite a few people living there. Not the best atmosphere for tourists, but didn’t bother me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, but toilet and shower areas are pretty rough. Fair price and decent location.
