Conveniently set in Shanghai, Hi Cozy International Youth Hostel East Nanjing Road & The Bund&English Services provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a garden. Had an amazing stay at Hi Cozy Shanghai! The location is super convenient—really close to the station and easily reachable on foot. The staff were incredibly helpful, Yoyo & Alice—they are truly the best! 🫶🏻 Since we only had a few hours in Shanghai, they kindly gave us great destination recommendations, helped us with VPN setup, and allowed us to store our luggage safely, which made everything so stress-free. The room was very cozy and comfortable, with an excellent heater that kept us warm during winter. I honestly loved everything about this stay. Plus, there are so many local restaurants nearby, which made it even better! Definitely a superb experience, and I would 100% stay here again if I visit Shanghai in the future. I stayed here for 1 night during my trip to Eastern China and liked it so much that I stayed there again when I came back to Shanghai from Hangzhou. I especially liked the comfort of my room, the location and the great service mentality of the staff, particularly Tang who kindly handled my check-in and check-out.

I stayed at a Dengba hostel near Guilin Park Metro Station in Shanghai, and the location was really convenient. It’s about a 7–8 minute walk from the station, which is on Lines 9, 12, and 15, so getting to Xujiahui, People’s Square, and other places was smooth. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so I didn’t have to go far for meals or supplies. The staff were professional and friendly. I arrived a bit early, and they helped me store my luggage and patiently answered my questions about transportation and the area. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they responded promptly when I needed help. The room was clean and tidy; overall, it was a hassle-free stay with good value.

Set in Shanghai and within 5.7 km of Shanghai Disneyland, Guiye Inn - Disney Kangqiao Branch has a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The staff was very good. The room was modern, clean and light. Check in was 3 hours earlier than it should be. Also they allowed us to keep our baggage after we checked out till the evening without extra charge. On the first floor there are 3 china cafes. The cat was cute.

More of a boarding house than an inn, or hostel. As others have said, there are quite a few people living there. Not the best atmosphere for tourists, but didn’t bother me. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, but toilet and shower areas are pretty rough. Fair price and decent location.
