Situated in Turfan, New Dap Hostel (in Grape Town) has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. One of my favourite places to stay on my trip till now. The staff, dog (Wandou) 🐶🤎, kitties, rooms, bathrooms, design, facilities, places to chill,... Even the typical chinese thin mattresses were here better than in other places! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Pretty receptionist - explained about location, ways to city and other issues (seems she was uyghur girl), Comfortable and wide bed, cosy common areas, opportunity to spend good evenings with music, amazing view from the windows. Amazing location if need transit from train station to the airport. But really far from downtown and city center, so if need to visit Central Urumchi it's better to chose accomodation closer to city
