Mario is an amazing host, incredibly friendly and welcoming - he made our stay unforgettable. They have an in-house tour company which was also great. They looked after our luggage for three nights. This is the perfect spot to come in Riohacha, especially before heading to Punta Gallinas.

It's basic but well-run. Joshua speaks good English and provided details for a 3 day tour of the desert - also recommended. The hammocks were strong and comfortable.The air conditioning works, there are lockers (bring your own padlock), a courtyard with chairs for socialising, and the beach is a very short walk away. I stayed here twice.
