The staff were understanding and accommodating as they interacted with this solo traveler and occasionally lit mom. Super-patient staff who went above and beyond helpful. Made me feel welcomed even though I knew the words to all the 80’s songs. If I didn't have a bad knee and a temperamental hip, I would have led a song along and been "dancing to the oldies". I also thought the fans at the head and foot of the bunk beds were genius, since they reduced any possible noise (I heard barely any music from my location).

The staff was amazing.Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It is. A very good location only a couple blocks from the ocean front. Very nice rooftop terrace.

I had a great experience staying at Pomelo hostel! It is located on a beautiful tropical farm with a lovely pool. The hosts, Nina and Camillo, are both very kind and accommodating. The hostel is just a ten-minute walk to Rio Ancho and a ten-minute moto ride to Palomino, where there are great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The property feels like a little paradise, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!
