Amazing place by the beach. Good variety of food for fair price. The staff are just amazing and make you feel as a family. Very helpful with the host but also with people around town. We did a charity event for feed the poor around Santa Marta organised by the hostel is was just amazing. I just recommend this place for anyone.

Mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, serta teras, Sana Mar Hostel & Eco-Café berlokasi di pusat Santa Marta, 8 menit jalan kaki dari Pantai Bahía de Santa Marta. The hostal is close to the center of Santa Marta, and you can also walk to the central market from where the buses to Minca and Palomino leave. The street is quiet but still feels safe! The room was clean and had a nice colonial vibe, good AC and a fan, nicely put together. The American owner is super friendly and helpful, and we were received with a tasty welcome drink. Breakfast was delicious and you can also refill Wasser bottles for a 1,000 COP. It's the best option we saw for Santa Marta and we highly recommend to stay there! 😊

The location is superb,putting you inside the park and relatively close to the trailhead. The property and surrounding environment are beautiful. The birding there was better than it was on the trails. Titi monkeys visited and four macaws are regulars. The host family is super casual, friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are tasty!

Waking up surrounded by nature and birdsong was pure joy. Staying at Minca Seasons Birds was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel not just welcome, but genuinely cared for. Their kindness, warmth, and attention to every detail turned our stay into something very special—we felt more like guests in a home than visitors at an accommodation. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and prepared with so much thought, especially for non–meat eaters.
