Eine der besten Unterkunft unserer Reise: das Personal ist großartig, das Hostel ist so liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top, da man schnell im Rincon de la Vieja Nationalpark ist, auf der Autobahn oder zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Die Mutter des Hosts hat unsere wäsche direkt bei der Ankunft gewaschen und getrocknet, was uns die Reise rettete. Große Empfehlung!!

Das Santa Maria Volcano Lodge Hotel & Restaurante in Hacienda Santa María liegt 23,7 km vom Vulkan Miravalles entfernt und bietet Unterkünfte mit einem Garten, kostenfreien Privatparkplätzen, einem... Wonderful wild spot, where you stay in the middle of nature with the soundtrack of birds and monkeys, and no trade-off: room is lovely, bed is comfortable and there's hot shower. Food is delicious and comes in generous portions and hosts are the best! Thank you for a great stay!

Wow what an awesome place! Pablo and Malvi are super lovely and helpful, and are busy creating a beautiful space for travellers. We stayed in the new tent platform out back - it was peaceful, cool and comfy, we slept great. Kitchen facilities are good, the hostel is clean and airy with different spaces to relax and loads of stunning murals to enjoy. The location is ideal, it's an easy walk into town/beach and had nice sodas and shops very nearby. Quiet back street that felt safe and has off-road parking right outside. Highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft Casa Terra Hostel, die in Sámara gelegen ist, verfügt über einen Garten, eine Gemeinschaftslounge, eine Terrasse und kostenloses WLAN in der ganzen Unterkunft. I loved staying at Casa Terra so much that I extended my stay, despite a packed schedule! Where to start? So, I usually do not stay at hostels. I am a light sleeper and I go to bed early. I also like clean bathrooms, so sharing them can be difficult. However, I took a chance with Casa Terra and I am so glad! This was the perfect hostel for me. Not a party hostel, rather a peaceful, calm, loving, natural home. They keep it very clean, and I appreciate that no shoes are allowed upstairs. They allowed me to leave my huge main suitcase downstairs in tucked away spot. I love that my carry-on bags fit beneath my bed (to keep my bags from taking up floor space), and under the bed, the floor was clean. The showers do not have hot water, but you do not need a hot shower here! The cool showers were refreshing and felt wonderful. The beautiful setting in nature, the very comfortable common areas (hammock, day beds, etc), the peaceful joy of just hanging around the hostel itself, meant that my time at the hostel was an even more enjoyable a part of my trip as the beach and Sámara town itself. I met some really lovely fellow travelers at Casa Terra. And the staff!!! Energetic healer Constance, enthusiastic Andre, resident artist Carolina, and of course we cannot forget the feline house protector Benito! I felt so welcome and loved. It was the perfect transition into Pura Vida living before I headed into a remote eco-village. My favorite Sámara beach is very close by, and there is a man there who rents out snorkeling equipment for $5 and you can see so many fish and eels and cool things in the rocky tide pool area. The grocery store that is so close by is open late, which is great for picking up food at the end of the day. It has healthy food options that I appreciate. There are plenty of great inexpensive sodas nearby, I ate wonderfully while in Sámara. I appreciate the shared refrigerator and the labeling of our foods.

Die Unterkunft Woodstock Hostel, die in Sámara, 1 km von Strand Playa Sámara entfernt gelegen ist, verfügt über Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten mit einem Garten, einem kostenlosen Privatparkplatz, einer... Wir waren 2 x dort. Einige Nächte haben wir im 4er Schlafsaal im auf einer Doppelmatratze übernachtet und einige Nächte im Doppelzimmer. Es ist einfach lässig dort. Unkompliziert. Angenehm. Ungezwungen. Einfach eine gute Atmosphäre und jeder darf so sein, wie er eben ist. Wir haben interessante Leute getroffen und Martin und seine Mitarbeiter sind einfach echt coole und super nette Leute. Es gab gleich einen Supermarkt daneben, was echt praktisch ist. Und zum Strand geht man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Allgemein ist Samara einfach toll!

Weniger als 38 km von Nationalpark Santa Rosa und 1,3 km von Stadion Edgardo Baltodano entfernt in Liberia gelegen, bietet die Unterkunft Hostel Pura Vida en Liberia Zimmer in Liberia. The host was amazingly kind and helpful :) Location was superb, within walking distance of everything. Great stay!
