I had the whole place to myself - so it was more like renting my own place rather than staying in a hostel! The place is fully equipped for an easy, comfortable stay. Everything was spotlessly clean.

The variety of brenkfast is limited but enough! Hopefully there will be warm food available in the future. Room and bathrooms are all very clean and well-maintained. The staff are so warm. You can enjoy the view of St. Gallen when having breakfast. Kitchen also looks very clean. It only takes about 15 minutes to walk to Drei Weihern, a relaxing place in the town where you can enjoy the view and see the 3 lakes. Although I booked a bed in 6-person room, in the first night I was the only customer and in the second night I shared room with 1 girl. So it was an extremely fantastic experience.

They were both really friendly, dignified, and inviting people and made the check in process not only an easeful one, but a rather enjoyable one also. They've both clearly put a lot of thought and ambition into their property, even making each room match a specific "theme" or ambience which was a lovely touch, I thought. All of the bedding was clean, the facilities were tidy, and to be truly honest, I was surprised to feel right at home here.
