Situated directly on the River Main, this youth hostel has great panoramic views of Frankfurt’s skyline. Haus der Jugend offers a 24-hour reception and relaxing inner courtyard. I was pleasantly surprised by this hostel, the cleanliness, the attentive service in all areas. And the lovely receptionist Giovanna, who was always willing to help and speaks three languages. I totally recommend it.

Boasting a shared lounge, HOME Hostel im Schönhof-Viertel is situated in Frankfurt/Main in the Hessen region, 1.7 km from Messe Frankfurt and 1.5 km from Senckenberg Natural History Museum. Price and performance ratio was really good. The capsule was comfortable enough. Unlike usual hostel's shared room, you can sit up straight from the bed, and stretch your leg all the way. (I'm 5'8") It has its own ventilation system inside so you don't feel like suffocating. Also, among the amenities they even give you a flip flop! (Which was surprisingly high quality) Shared bathrooms are also clean and spacious. It's a nice hybrid option when you don't want to spend too much on the hotel but still want some privacy during your stay.

This hostel in Marburg is situated on the upper floors of the main train station, in a quiet central location. Within a 10-minute walk from the Old Town. Had a small problem but sorted very fast by the staff. I live in a double room. Very clean, warm and quiet. The staff are very nice as well. Have nothing to complain about. Very satisfied.

Just 200 metres from Frankfurt Central Station, this modern hostel is centrally situated in the city’s red light district. I really like this hostel and the staff are very easy to interact with. It is clean..based on other comments I had expected it to be very noisy. But I had a room at the back of the hostel and it was so quiet and enjoyable.
