She was always smiling and positive person. Always ready to help whenever I asked for help. She made the check in process smooth. The Rooms, Kitchen, common areas, even the shower was clean, tidy, and spacious along with good amenities for the stay. The neighbourhood is calm. They stadium is right outside where you can go for walks or jogging. Everything is at a walkable distance including restaurants and supermarket. Overall I had a great experience during my stay. I will definitely stay here again when I go back. I would highly recommend this place.

The property is non-smoking and is set less than 1 km from Tartu City Museum. The hostel was clean and quiet, and the lady on reception was lovely. The hostel is located inside the hotel so you get the same treatment as hotel guests! The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including easily controlled temperature. Breakfast was good and had a lot of choice, and there was a free sauna included in the price of the hostel, which I would have used if I had had more time.
