On our first night, he assisted us with the SMS verification for inDrive. On the last night, I accidentally left my jacket on the chair, and the host went above and beyond by sending it to us via GoBus Express while we were heading to Hurghada. He really did more than he had to. The price of $20+ per night is very reasonable and definitely worth it. It’s a great deal—no complaints at all.

Clean and quiet hotel close to the river ferry.The stuff is very kind and helpful.Also enjoyed the morning tea and breakfast.Another advantage is the easier access to the valley of the kings and the other historic tombs under the mountain situated on the west coast of Nile.Few minutes travel by a taxi .Even came back by walking on of the evenings to enjoy the evening and take a closer look into the adjacent village.Could recommend the place.

This is the best budget accommodation in Luxor. The hostel is located on the east bank of the Nile, close to temples, restaurants, shops, riverfront, train station and Gobus station. The accommodation is very basic but affordable. I had a private room with reliable internet and a bathroom at a great price. The hostel even has a rooftop terrace with a restaurant. I met some interesting people during my stay, but the highlight was the owners. They go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a great experience. They can organize anything related to your travels in Egypt, including tours, always at very reasonable prices. They truly make an effort to treat each guest individually. I used their driver for a trip to a temple and tour to the West bank. The value of this tour is excellent, as the tours include transportation to the monuments and a guide. If you’re an easygoing traveler who doesn’t need luxury, I highly recommend this hostel. Thank you for making my time in Luxor so enjoyable!

Fontana Hostel in Luxor is a wonderful place to stay. The owners, a father and son, are incredibly kind and caring, making us feel truly welcome. The hostel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Even after check-out, we were allowed to use the hotel facilities until the evening while waiting for our night bus to Cairo, which we really appreciated. We felt comfortable and at home here. Highly recommended.

The West Bank is much quieter than the East Bank, with plenty of small local shops nearby, and all the main tourist sites are easily accessible. The camp is just a 10 minute walk from the ferry. The staff are absolutely lovely and honest, doing everything they can to make you feel at home. For this price, it's clearly amazing.
