Property has an amazing view, rooms are comfortable and Egyptian breakfast was very good. Definitely a friendly environment and when you ask for something they go above and beyond to help your needs.

Situated deep in a Nubian village, you get to experience local environments. A bit of a walk to get to the boat crossings and restaurants, but that’s fine for young chaps. Great community spirits.

Seko was a great host who helped us with what we needed. He organised a tour to Abu Simbel for us. We booked 2 nights and ended up staying for 5 since we loved it so much. The property has a good shared kitchen which we used a lot as there is a carrefour across from elephantine island. The location is perfect, on the other side of elephantine island. Just a short ferry and 5 minute walk and you’re there. The hangout area on the roof has great views and is under shade so it’s very comfortable to relax and watch the boats pass on the Nile.
