The room was very clean, and all the facilities such as the shower and toilet worked without any issues. (It seems this place is quite new.)

Omar the host is very friendly, attentive, helped with organization of all of my tours, even picked-up with his own boat.

Property has an amazing view, rooms are comfortable and Egyptian breakfast was very good. The unbeatable view of the Nile from the terrace. Host was great and he can arrange everything for your needs. Situated deep in a Nubian village, you get to experience local environments. A bit of a walk to get to the boat crossings and restaurants, but that’s fine for young chaps. Great community spirits.

David was really great to organize all of our trips. He made a nice journey possible and we saw so much. The rooftop is so beautiful and of course the price is really good for what you get.

Each bed had its own power socket, light, and regular sized locker for bags. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, big shoutout to Jimmy and Hassan for making my stay amazing by going with me to the market, showing me around, helping me with tours, and even getting me a last-minute bus ticket. They were easy to chat and hang out with. I had a great stay I’ll always remember. Thanks guys!

Seko was a great host who helped us with what we needed. He organised a tour to Abu Simbel for us. We booked 2 nights and ended up staying for 5 since we loved it so much. The property has a good shared kitchen which we used a lot as there is a carrefour across from elephantine island. The location is perfect, on the other side of elephantine island. Just a short ferry and 5 minute walk and you’re there. The hangout area on the roof has great views and is under shade so it’s very comfortable to relax and watch the boats pass on the Nile.
