Mohammed, Bilal, Ibrahim and the rest of the team were amazing hosts. They made us feel so welcome and helped us with every tiny question or problem. There was no hidden agenda, they were just happy to host us. There was a delicious breakfast cooked to order in the mornings. 1000% recommend Dar!

Heaven Hostel is located in Cairo, within less than 1 km of Tahrir Square and a 17-minute walk of The Egyptian Museum. L’hotel és nou, i les habitacions són netes. El WC està molt bé, el llit és còmode, i hi ha un armari, TV, nevera, una tauleta i un espill en cada habitació. L’hotel només té 9 habitacions. Hi ha una sala per a desdejunar, amb 3 taules. El desdejuni està bé. El personal (homes i dones, tots ells prou joves) és molt i molt amable, parlen anglés, i us ajudaran en el que necessiteu. Un 10 per a la simpàtica i bella Shahd, però aquesta nota és extensible a tots i totes, sense excepció. L’hotel està en la planta 11, cosa que aïlla prou el soroll de la ciutat. Hi ha ascensor. L’hotel es troba en un edifici un poc vell, que per fora no és res de l’altre món. L’edifici té diversos conserges, i potser us trobeu a Alí, molt simpàtic i amable, llegint l’Alcorà. En la planta baixa d’aquest edifici es troba el Banque du Caire, on podeu canviar la vostra moneda a lliures egípcies fàcilment i en bones condicions econòmiques, en l’oficina. O bé, gastar els 2 caixers automàtics que té en el carrer. El banc tanca divendres i dissabtes, i la resta de dies només obre pel matí. En la mateixa illa de cases on està l’hotel trobareu dos supermercats (pràcticament un al costat de l’altre), que passades les 22 h. continuen oberts. En els carrers pròxims a l’hotel trobareu molts restaurants i botigues de tota classe. Des de l’hotel es pot anar a peu a la Plaça de Tahrir en 15 minuts.
