The staff, especially Omar, who assisted us on getting a cut, shopping fruits and chattering till night was exceptional. Ahmed was very warm too, welcomed us at night after our late flight, serving us a loaded breakfest every day and yes - it's the same like in the photos. They don't try to overcharge you too much and the tours (which we didn't take) were fairly priced. You're not being pushed into anything. The property is very new and despite being situated in chaotic Giza streets, its location is pristine - on a walking distance to the pyramids. You can take a walk to the pyramids through the authentic streets where (almost) nobody harasses you as a bonus. Really awesome - friendly, clean, you'll feel like you're at home.

Heaven Hostel está ubicado en El Cairo, a a menos de 1 km de Plaza de Tahrir y a 17 minutos a pie de Museo Egipcio. The service is super nice. And the Hostel liegt in one very modern and safe area. I like the breakfast also , they offer a lot. The room is quite clean , my husband and I had good sleep during the night. What I still like is , just 1 minute walk has one middle size supermarket, I could buy the drink and snacks with local prices. And just 10 minutes walk can reach lots of morden Restaurants. If I come back to Cairo, I will live here again for sure Caro has lots of traffic, the time to the airport we had nearly no time. But the staff in the Hostel was super helpful, he helped me in the emergency time to get the car drive us to airport ( sometimes Uber need to wait long time or the driver dislike to drive to Airport, we didn't know it) I really thank for it. Otherwise we couldn't fly back.
