The room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice balcony with a view to the pyramids and a terrace and an incredibly cute rooftop, perfect to enjoy the sunrise. The staff was very prompt and help with everything we needed. There are also stores and some restaurants around to buy whatever you might need and they are open until late.

Literally went out of their way to help by walking with to find good local food by coming hat was inexpensive. They called taxis and made delicious coffee. They also changed currency. Walking distance to one of the gates to the pyramid area.

Hotel as it must to be: comfy and clean. Everything on place where it must be and works on your espectations. Room is clean, comfy and clean beds, big and handy shower cabin, fast and stable wifi. Free parking in the street. Polite and professional staff. Safe and quiet enough neighborhood, easy to find.

I was going to choose cheaper hotel, but after I realized what are conditions in Cairo, I decided to book here and Im quite happy that I did it. This hotel offers high standards and quietness and after one day in the city it was such a relief . Room - huge. Breakfast with plenty options. Staff - very helpful. Restaurant - very delicious food with option of delivery to the room. There is bank, farmacy and small shop underneath the hotel

The staff were thoroughly helpful and extremely nice. We had a bit of a hiccup with breakfast but, they worked really hard to not make it an issue for us. The setting was beautiful and it was thoroughly relaxing. Especially the jacuzzi bath. Every member of the hotel team went out of their way to make us feel very welcome and safe. We had a few minor issues, but the hotel team sorted all of them out immediately. There was a great ambiance and it felt very festive. Fabulous time, we will be back
