Boasting a garden, shared lounge, terrace and free WiFi, Albergue As Pozas Termais is set in Caldas de Reis, 47 km from Santiago de Compostela Cathedral and 14 km from Cortegada Island. this was my favourite hostel on the whole camino! Isobel was wonderful and did my laundry for a fee. breakfast buffet was so good. the bunk was great, cosy, warm, private, with a shelf and plug. the bathroom was to a hotel standard, the most powerful shower on the Camino.

Set in Pontevedra and with Estación Maritima reachable within 31 km, Bulezen Urban Hostel offers a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a terrace. Super clean facility with laudry room and sinks for hand washing if you don't want to pay for the machines. Bathrooms and showers were exceptionally clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that I never had to wait for a shower or to use a bathroom stall. Plenty of communal space and friendly staff!

Featuring a shared lounge and views of garden, Casucho da Peregrina is located in Porriño, 11 km from University of Vigo. At the hostel every room is fitted with bed linen and towels. Indescribably friendly hostel owners. Otherwise, very cozy and clean place, can only recommend.

Situated in Redondela, A Dársena do Francés has a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi throughout the property. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a barbecue. I liked it so much the first time I had to pass back through.

29 km from Santiago de Compostela Cathedral, Albergue & Rooms Murgadán is situated in Padrón and features air-conditioned rooms. Really well set up albergue, lovely staff, and perfect facilities. Even though it was really busy being the final stretch of the Portuguese Camino, the bathrooms were well set up, and the privacy curtains on bunks meant I slept soundly.

Dpaso Urban Hostel is situated in Pontevedra, 30 km from Estación Maritima and 24 km from Ria de Vigo Golf. The host was very helpful and really made sure we had everything we needed. The bed was great, and the location was right on the path.

Located in Padrón, 13 km from Santiago de Compostela Cathedral, Camiño da Vieira provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a shared lounge. This place is special. it’s warm, stylish and comfortable, very clean and they’ve thought of everything to please a pilgrim.

Albergue Vintecatro has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Caldas de Reis. Outstanding staff and facilities. Everything was clean and functional.

Albergue Sixtos NO CAMINHO can be found in Santiago de Compostela, within 1.4 km of the Compostela Cathedral. I have found the owner/operated private hostels/albergue to be well beyond the service of other hotels/municipal etc. Keep up the great work....
