Alberg Roques Blanques features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Ribes de Freser. It’s a very cozy hostel! Very authentic, clean, with shared spaces where you can use a microwave or a kettle, a fridge. Also they have some board games. The staff was very helpful! One thing is that it’s a bit far from the station and walking by the route through the forest was another hike we didn’t expect :) But we’ll definitely come again!

Set in the heart of Cadaqués, Hostalet de Cadaques by Suma Hotels provides a great base to explore this charming town and the surrounding landscape of the Costa Brava. Great stay, right in the center of town, in a pedestrian street. We stayed one night and were allowed to stow our bags the entire next day while we were at the beach. Was a really reasonable price for being centrally located.
