Room was beautiful, really interesting decor. Staff were really friendly. Location was great, 20 minutes walk to train station, close to metro and lots of bars and restaurants.

Location is great not too far from the metro, Plaza Mayor is not too far by walk. Breakfast was cheap & good, multiple options. The place was super clean, housekeeping is twice a day! Wonderful. The staff was super nice & helpful. Did the walking tour & bar crawl, I recommend!

Never been to a hostel before so I was nervous. The staff and the receptionist Fran were very friendly, they had activities all the time and gave us dinner. They have a kitchen but I suggest getting up early so you can prepare something. The facilities were very good, everything was clean and I was impressed because there were a lot of people but you really couldn’t notice.

The hotel is very close to the city center and is located in a very safe area. The room was well-equipped and very organized. It was super clean, and many details were considered for guests’ comfort; the bed was also very comfortable. They also provide personal care boxes with high-quality toiletries. The room was quite small, but I had a very comfortable stay; there are larger options available. Special thanks to all the staff—they were incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly.
