Attractively set in Marseille, The People - Marseille features air-conditioned rooms, a shared lounge, free WiFi and a terrace. A short walk from a subway stop, and a tram and bus stop. Upon first impression it's a really nice place, and it's great throughout as well. The rooms are lovely--really great pod setup so you've got your own space, and there's a mirror and good shelves all inside. The staff are brilliant and so kind, and the outdoor seating space is really lovely to hang out in. The bathrooms are nice too, and very clean.

Hostel Vertigo Vieux Port is located 5 minutes from the old port. Its central location means you can enjoy all that this beautiful city has to offer. The location, staff, and the room were good. You have your bathroom in your room. The kitchen was very big and you had enough space to cook, eat and socialize. It's easy to make friends.

Located in Arles, 1.1 km from Arles Amphitheatre, Auberge de Jeunesse HI Arles has a number of amenities including a garden, a shared lounge and a bar. One of my favorite hostels. Came back here the second time after so many years.

Located in Marseille and with Orange Velodrome Stadium reachable within 2.8 km, Dorm Hostel Camp Backpackers-la girelle provides free bikes, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a... it was like staying in a home. Everyone spoke french which forced me, finally, to use my french and become more comfortable doing that. I could always find someone with english if I needed it. They had a great kitchen and nearby markets so I had fun cooking for myself. There was also a great walk going south right from the the hostel that I did one day
