The room was spotless and ideally located for anyone travelling to Folkstone. It was also perfectly situated for food, with plenty of great options nearby for dinner.

Overall it was a nice and cozy property, fairly clean and with enough essentials provided. Owner was very responsive to needs and requests. Master bedroom 1 was great. bedroom 4 is pretty small, suitable for kids. More specific bedroom pictures needs to be posted for reference while room selection as per needs.

Because the family room is downstairs it felt like we had the whole downstairs to ourselves. The lounge area is right outside our room, which at first worried me because I thought if there’s people hanging out there right outside our room we saw one other person in the morning.

It felt safe and easy for us as a family in a room. Kids went nuts over the bunkbeds and I think my husband was the happiest. Everything was clean and in order. Location was very convenient to Dover docks. 10/10 would go there again and recommend it to those that enjoy this type of thing.
