Location to Le Shuttle was perfect. The room was spotless and ideally located for anyone travelling to Folkstone. It was also perfectly situated for food, with plenty of great options nearby for dinner.

Because the family room is downstairs it felt like we had the whole downstairs to ourselves. The lounge area is right outside our room, which at first worried me because I thought if there’s people hanging out there right outside our room we saw one other person in the morning.

Just 100 metres from Dover Priory Railway Station, Alma House is a mile from Dover Ferry Port. The house offers free Wi-Fi and a guest kitchen. The location is really worth it! The room is a bit tight but the bed and pillow was really comfortable. The shower and bathroom are also a bit tight but it is manageable 😎👌. Also, the host is very kind and attentive. Also also, you have a cool chic space to have lunch in, it is next to the kitchen 🤓

I liked having a clean place to sleep after lugging our suitcases around for several hours. The window opened, allowing cool air in.
